My career in the Real Estate Industry began in 1978. To enhance my Real Estate career I acquired the professional designations of GRI, CRS, and CRB. I am continually involved in the community, and have served as Chairman of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce, as well as serving on many other local boards. Although I am the owner of Bender Realty, my major focus is on Commercial Real Estate.

My career in Real Estate began in 1997 with Bender Realty.  I was an agent until 2004 when I became Sales Manager and have now moved into my current role as General Manager/Broker.  My role is to oversee the day to day operations of all areas of our company including:  Residential Sales/Property Management and Commercial Property Management.  With a great team to assist me I here to assist clients and customers in any way I can. 

Thanks to our Outstanding Sales Team we continue to grow and are a driving force in the real estate market locally.  I volunteer my time to both the River Counties Association of Realtors and the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, both of which I am a member.  Giving back to the community is also important to me and I serve in many capacities with Cleveland Community Concerts, FACES, American Cancer Society, and Relay for Life, American Heart Association, Cleveland / Bradley Chamber of Commerce and I am a husband and a father.
